Drumclip Automatic Strapping Line (DASL)
The Drumclip Automatic Strapping Line (DASL) is a fully automated, integrated system that securely fastens drums on pallets using Drumclip Technology and PET strapping machines like Cyklop. By replacing plastic wrapping, it eliminates extra securing products and improves transport safety, logistics efficiency, and sustainability.

Fully Automated, Consistently Reliable
Securing drums by hand is labour-intensive and hard to standardize, while plastic wrapping adds waste, cost, and an extra step to every pallet. DASL removes both. The line automatically positions Drumclips and applies PET strapping in a fixed, repeatable process, configured to your set-up.
The result is consistent securing on every pallet, less manual handling, and lower operating costs. By replacing plastic wrapping, DASL also reduces CO2 emissions and waste, while improving logistics efficiency and transport safety.
How does DASL work?
Step 1: Drums are placed on a pallet in sets of two or four and transported via a pallet conveyor belt
Step 2: Two Drumclips are automatically positioned, after which the vertical strap is secured over the drums and pallet
Step 3: The pallet is transferred to the horizontal strapping machine for horizontal strapping
Step 4: The drums are securely fastened to the pallet and can be taken out of the line
